By accessing or using the services of Sentinel GRC Partners ('Company', 'we', 'our', or 'us'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Sentinel GRC Partners provides governance, risk management, and compliance advisory services to organizations worldwide. Our services include but are not limited to: • Governance frameworks and advisory • Enterprise risk management • Regulatory compliance consulting • Information security and cyber risk advisory • Business continuity planning • Internal audit services

Our services are provided on a professional consulting basis. The specific terms of engagement, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees, will be detailed in a separate engagement letter or statement of work executed between the parties.

Clients agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Cooperate with our team and provide timely access to necessary personnel and documents • Review and provide feedback on deliverables in a timely manner • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies and tools • Make timely payment for services rendered

We maintain strict confidentiality standards. All client information and work product are treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. We expect clients to similarly protect our proprietary methodologies, tools, and work product.

Our methodologies, frameworks, tools, and templates remain our intellectual property. Deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment, except for our underlying methodologies and tools. Clients grant us the right to use non-confidential information about the engagement for marketing purposes, including case studies, subject to prior approval.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel GRC Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided in accordance with applicable professional standards and industry best practices. However, our advice and recommendations do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Implementation decisions remain the client's responsibility.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement letter. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees for services rendered through the termination date.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
